  • Implemented CAD (Credit Administration) module integrated with Core Banking Solution

  • Implemented SAS Virtual Analytics – 2nd bank in India to launch the analytics solution

  • Migration to Finacle 10 – for Core Banking ( from version 7)

  • Tablet Banking – used for Financial Inclusion, Door step and Work place banking

  • Identified the core USP to launch the company and established Operational Excellence and Client Service as the USP of the Company

  • Introduced the entire client process documentation in consultation with external legal consultants which is in line with the overall legal framework

  • Significant contribution in identification, procurement and implementation of Core Landing System (FINONE from NSEL – Worlds Best Lending Software provider)

  • Conceptualized and organized the first ever LIC Housing Finance Indian Property Show outside India- (in Abu – Dhabi and Dubai) with NO COST to the company

  • Organized and conducted training programs for the personnel on various aspects on product and soft skills

  • Initiated the development of software for implementation of the Score Card for credit appraisal, integrated package for collections, and CRM for lead generation

  • Spearheaded the project for automation of mortgage documentation throughout the value chain

  • Spearheaded the process of defining Balanced Score Card for the organization. Defined KPIs for various score card perspectives.
