• Sr. Member of a green field project in establishing a NBFC in UAE

• Started 7 Sub- Brands mapping the Customer segments and created verticals for client service delivery for each brand

• Ventured into Micro Finance Lending as a part of new markets and created a vertical to map the end to end value chain

• Conceptualised and created International AWARD WINNING Mortgage Companion concept, to provide world class mortgage expertise across e2e retail mortgage business with specific focus on credit administration (policy and initiation), operations rigor, customer service, task force, collections, process control and staff development, encompassing policy, processes, strategy and creating sustainable competitive advantage. Leading a team of 3 direct and 20 indirect staff members.

• Internally selected to set up first overseas office of LIC Housing Finance in Dubai- which was building overseas office from scratch

• Spearheaded LIC Housing Finances entry into Middle East. Involved securing a Representative office licence, establishing ad consolidating the institutes presence, and driving the business with customer growth, full product rollout, and geographical expansion. Delivered annual reveneus of AED 100m within 4 years and a profitable CAGR or more than 50%. Transformed the relationship with regulators as had to change 2 sponsors. Recruited and developed a high performing onshore team and set up partners for strategic alliances, across the GCC viz. UAE(2), Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain & Saudi Arabia(8).
