  • Spearhead the entire Strategy implementation as decided by the Management Committee and Steering Committee - including the Programme Management and Change Management

Major Accomplishments:

  • Developed a comprehensive Quality Model covering review an enhancement of related processes, policies, People & systems, for driving Productivity, Efficiency and Quality. Designed, documented and communicated appropriate Quality standards to support the Quality Model. Implementing Best practices, assigning Quality Targets for functional managers.

  • Support function heads with specific ‘Root Cause’ analysis and enhancement proposals where requested.

  • Review & assess all 3rd party relationships who have direct impact on the E2E client experience to ensure client quality.

  • Research, Apply and prepare the organisation for local / industry Quality Awards and Service rating / Bank Ratings

  • Member of Change Approval Board (CAB) responsible for ensuring any process, system or objective(strategic imperative) change initiatives are in line with the overall strategy of the organisation.

  • Member of Risk & Governance Management Group (RCMG) responsible for approving the mandates within the risk appetite of the organization.

  • Established a Quality Assurance Model for covering end to end (E2E) Mortgage process, including evolving and defining ideology, methodology and governance framework. Set measurable targets for measuring Productivity, Efficiency and Quality in the E2E mortgage process

  • Spearheaded the process of defining Balanced Score Card for the organization. Defined KPIs for various score card perspectives.

  • Introduced visual controls and DPO tracking mechanisms throughout the E2E process

ð Establishing dedicated, knowledgeable, multicultural, multilingual, highly motivated, and quality conscious team to provide excellent Customer Centric and Mortgage Companion Service.

ð Supervising the team of Mission Control and the mortgage companion function covering all major components of mortgage functions, with teams of 3 direct and 20 indirect staff members.

Major Accomplishments:

ð Pioneer in implementing Mortgage Companion. This idea was mooted and implemented after considering the market practices and ascertaining the loop holes and flaws in the current offerings to the clients. Abu Dhabi Finance is the only company in the world to have this kind of dedicated relationship manager for each of the client.

ð Merit of having worked on Project ‘Tiger’ for streamlining End to End Mortgage process and eliminating inefficiencies across all the functions.

ð Accredited with Process Champion Award in Q2 (Individual) and Star Performer Award (Individual) for Q3.

ð Established the team as best and most industrious team in ADF & managed Auto Generation of Loan Offer and associated documentation which reduced the processing time from 6 hours to 1 hour.

ð Received highest number of compliments (1 in 8 clients and no complaints even as portfolio increases)

ð Significant contribution in Finnone (Core Mortgage System) requirements, scope and implementation.

ð Pivotal in implementing Developer Induction Process (Business Development Process).

ð Developed and established various systems, processes for handling high business volumes.

ð Established and developed a team with members from varied and diverse backgrounds and moulded it into an efficient MCT Team that sustains result oriented & fostering superior client service culture and ADF values.

ð Implemented the Risk Frame Work across the functions, conducted cross business wide Operational Risk Assessment.

ð Identified and implemented the accounting systems and processes until establishment of finance function.

ð Provided the functionalities in building and implementation of Contingent system for the entire business.

ð Researched and identified Business Contact Management feature – as a mini CRM for the initial launch phase
