ð Heading a team of 17 direct and 6 indirect staff members.
ð Providing world class mortgage expertise across e2e retail mortgage business with specific focus on credit administration (policy and initiation), operations rigour, customer service, task force, collections, process control and staff development, encompassing policy, processes, strategy and creating sustainable competitive advantage.
Major Accomplishments:
ð Accredited with the Extra Mile Award for 2007 and was nominated for the prestigious Barclays Eagle Award for the first quarter 2008.
ð Minimised the operational losses much within original business budgets, reducing them in excess of six times as in the first half of the year.
ð Pivotal in developing the following:
§ Various systems, processes for handling high business volumes.
§ Detailed Risk and Control Assessment (DRACA) mechanism across the credit administration department with cross functionality in the e2e retail mortgage business to monitor operational risk performance.
§ CAD module of the e2e retail mortgage operational system (BMMS3) integrated with the core banking software, thus providing a stable platform for growth.
ð Reduced the TAT by 66% by process re-engineering and robust MIS.
